Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Derivo Affiliate Program allows registered participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new users to the Derivo platform. By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Derivo.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Affiliate Program.
• You must have a registered and verified account on the Derivo platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in affiliate or referral programs is prohibited by law.
• Derivo reserves the right to reject or terminate any affiliate application or account at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a commission of 4% (four percent) of the purchase price for each qualifying bot purchase made by a referred user.
• Commissions are calculated based on the base price of the bot at the time of purchase.
• Commissions are only earned on the first qualifying purchase made by each referred user. Subsequent purchases by the same user do not generate additional commissions unless otherwise specified.
• Derivo reserves the right to modify the commission rate at any time with prior notice to active affiliates.

4. Referral Tracking

• Each affiliate is assigned a unique referral link and referral code upon enrollment.
• A referral is attributed to you only when a new user registers through your unique referral link.
• Referral tracking is cookie-based with a validity period of 30 days from the initial click.
• If the referral cookie expires before the user registers, the referral will not be attributed to you.
• Self-referrals (referring yourself or your own accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

5. Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00 USD. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All commission payouts are made exclusively in USDT (Tether) via the TRON TRC-20 network.
• You must provide a valid and verified TRC-20 compatible wallet address to receive payments. Derivo is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect or invalid wallet address.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and processing by the Derivo administration team. Processing times may vary.
• Derivo reserves the right to withhold or delay payments if suspicious activity is detected on your account.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination of your affiliate account:

• Using spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging to promote your referral link.
• Creating fake accounts, bot accounts, or using any form of artificial traffic generation.
• Misleading, deceptive, or false advertising regarding the Derivo platform or its services.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the referral tracking system.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to click fraud, registration fraud, or purchase fraud.
• Impersonating Derivo, its employees, or other affiliates.
• Using paid advertising that directly competes with Derivo's own marketing campaigns without prior written approval.
• Promoting the referral link on websites or platforms that contain illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• Derivo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a violation of these Terms, your account may be suspended immediately and any pending commissions may be forfeited.
• Upon termination, all unpaid commissions below the minimum withdrawal threshold will be forfeited.
• You may voluntarily terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time by contacting the administration team.

8. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, and branding materials associated with Derivo remain the exclusive property of Derivo.
• Affiliates may use Derivo's branding materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Affiliate Program and only in a manner approved by Derivo.
• Any unauthorized use of Derivo's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Derivo shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.
• Derivo does not guarantee any level of earnings or income from participation in the Affiliate Program.
• Derivo is not responsible for any technical failures, downtime, or errors in the referral tracking system that may affect commission attribution.
• Participation in the Affiliate Program is at your own risk.

10. Privacy and Data

• By participating in the Affiliate Program, you consent to Derivo collecting and processing data related to your referral activities, including but not limited to click counts, registration data, and purchase information.
• Derivo will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws in your jurisdiction when promoting your referral link.

11. Modifications to Terms

• Derivo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
